Nick Vita, as Controller, is responsible for the overview and preparation of financial information, as well as, the overall functions of the accounting department. He brings over 23 years of accounting experience, with over 15 years at the Controller level.

His real estate development background includes 5 years with Republic Property Group where his focus was primarily directed toward Master-planned communities including single family residence, multi-family units, and golf course.

Nick is a CPA and an MBA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
