Project Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Porteus brings an extensive background in real estate development and project management to the company. With Falcon Homes in Denver, CO. for 14 years, he built over 2,500 homes and as Vice President of Operations for the company he developed Elkhorn Lodge at Beaver Creek. Responsible for managing current and upcoming projects for Huffines, he is active in the design of new projects, and works extensively with attorneys, civil engineers, surveyors and land planners. His proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, including on-site development activities, and his financial experience are assets in bringing large-scale projects to fruition within the necessary time constraints.     

Mr. Porteus attended the University of Stony Book in New York.
