Al Linley
Chief Financial Officer

Al Linley, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for accounting, finance, feasibility analysis, planning, investor relations, human resources, information technology and operational process improvement at Huffines Communities™. Al brings to the company over thirty years of "hands on" experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of complex financial and management systems.

Al's work experience includes 14 years in management consulting, including the big 8 accounting firm of Touche, Ross & Company, and seven years with his own firms, primarily serving the financial services and real estate industries. His real estate background includes four years with the Paragon Group, a REIT with over 15,000 multi-family units and 6 million s.f. of commercial space in their portfolio, and seven years with Terrabrook, a national master-planned community developer with a portfolio of over 50 communities in 20 states.

Al received a BA and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
