Huffines Communities :: Referral Reward Program

Referral Reward: $1200.00 for a qualified referral resulting in a new home sale in Providence or Savannah per the program rules/regulations.

Referral Program Time Period - NOW EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 31, 2009!
January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009 for contracted sales.
All referral sales must close on or before April 30, 2010.

Eligibility: Huffines Homeowner Referral Program is open to all deed of record homeowners located within Providence Village Texas or Savannah Texas that are 18 years of age or older. No employee of Huffines Communities, Premier Communities or any of their affiliates, or of DR Horton Homes, Vision Homes, Emerald Homes or Choice Homes or any of their affiliates, are eligible to participate in this Homeowner Referral Program. No licensed real estate agents and/or brokers are eligible to participate in this Homeowner Referral Program, unless they live within Providence Village Texas or Savannah Texas and are acting in the capacity of a homeowner.

Participation:
Homeowners of record in Providence and Savannah may register a referral by either of the two following methods.

Registration of a referral may be made on-line by visiting the three website URL addresses below and completing the program registration page of the Huffines Homeowner Referral Program.

Registration may be made in person at the Savannah Clubhouse during normal/posted business hours by completing all referral registration information with Savannah marketing personnel. Registration will be completed on-line by the marketing staff.

Referral Eligibility

To be eligible for a referral reward, the referring Providence or Savannah homeowner must complete the entire referral on-line registration. The referral must purchase a home within the referral time period (January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009) and close on the home on or before April 30, 2010.
Referral of any person during the referral time period currently under contract awaiting the closing of a sale of a new home within Providence or Savannah is not eligible.
No non-owner occupied or investor sale resulting in a new home closing is eligible.
Only new home sales within Providence or Savannah will be eligible for the referral program. Re-sales are expressly excluded from this program.

Referral Reward

Upon closing of a new home sale resulting from a homeowner referral, Huffines Communities will issue a check of $1,200.00 to the referring homeowner.
Closing will be defined as title being transferred from the new home builder in Providence or Savannah to the new owner, and the verification of same will be the connection of water/sewer services by Mustang Water and confirmed by the Fresh Water Supply District serving the community.
Proceeds will be in the form of a check made payable to the referring homeowner only and will be delivered by mail to the homeowner’s address, or may be picked up at the Savannah Marketing Center in person within two weeks of water/sewer services being transferred into the new resident’s name by Mustang Water and the District. The referring homeowner will be notified by the Marketing Department that the proceeds are available and arrangements made for the delivery of the referral reward check.
All federal, state and local taxes on the referral reward are the referring homeowner’s responsibility and a 1099 tax form will be issued. The referring homeowner will be required to complete a release allowing use of their name, image and/or quote for marketing purposes during program time period.
