David Miles

David Miles' career spans more than two decades, during which he has served as president of two full-service advertising agencies and his own design firm. He is a graduate of Colorado State University, which he attended on a creative and performing arts scholarship.

Mr. Miles has won numerous local, national, and international creative awards, including more than 70 Gold Nationals and 300 Silvers from the National Association of Homebuilders. Milesbrand continues to hold the record for winning more Gold awards for its creative work than any other agency in the country. In December 2004, Mr. Miles was named #41 among Builder Magazine's 50 Most Influential People in Real Estate. Mr. Miles is the only marketing executive to appear on the list, which includes Alan Greenspan, President George W. Bush, and Don Horton of D.R. Horton Homes. He was included on that list for a second time in 2006.

Mr. Miles has many civic accomplishments to his credit, including leadership roles with the Greater Denver Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Public Radio and the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver. He served as the chairman of the Denver Advertising Federation and was named Denver Advertising Professional of the Year in 1999.

Mr. Miles is a frequent speaker at the National Association of Homebuilders International Builders Show, The Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Urban Land Institute Conferences and the Seaside Institute.

Mr. Miles is a full member of the Urban Land Institute. He co-chairs the Marketing Committee for ULI Colorado and previously served as a member of the Urban Land Institute Community Development Council. He is also a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Seaside Institute.
