Jim Wagnon, P.E., is the CEO, Principal, and Senior Project Manager at Graham Associates, Inc., and possesses 40 years of experience in civil engineering, 24 years in the DFW Metroplex. He has managed engineering projects exceeding one billion dollars in construction value during his years of experience. He is active in all phases of engineering design relative to civil engineering projects, including management of multi-discipline projects.

Mr. Wagnon is currently working on Viridian, a 2,000-acre mixed-use development project in Arlington, Texas, and Hebron 121 Station, a 300 acre mixed-use development in Lewisville, Texas for Huffines Communities, Inc. He is also assisting with other projects in the Metroplex, such as the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, several major road projects, and long-term industrial developments. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Oregon State University and is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer.
