Mr. Barraza has over 25 years of experience in planning, design and construction of transportation, public works and land development projects. During the past five years, Mr. Barraza has been acting as District Engineer for several Special Utility Districts in Denton County, as well as performing and coordinating feasibility studies, permitting, design and construction for the Huffiness Communities residential developments along US 380.

Mr. Barraza has a degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, and he is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
