Huffines Sells Tract in Union Valley, Texas

Huffines has sold a 640-acre parcel, located on both sides of US 276 at FM 35 in Union Valley, TX. Union Valley Partners, an affiliate of Merritt Capital, purchased the scenic, wooded land, which is just east of Rockwall, TX. Originally planned by Huffines to be a mixed-use residential community of over 1500 homes, the new owners will develop the project, or hold as an investment. Union Valley is located southeast of Royse City.
