Huffines sells Commercial Property on SH 380

Huffines Communities has sold several tracts of commercial property along the fast-growing SH 380 corridor. In front of their Providence Signature Community on SH 380, they recently completed the sale of a 9-acre tract of land located just east of Providence Blvd. with access from the boulevard and SH 380. It was sold to Merritt Capital for retail development.

Adjacent to their Savannah Signature Community, Huffines has completed the sale of a 5-acre tract located on SH 380 west of Magnolia Blvd. to Moose Ranch for a mixed-use retail development, which includes a Cajun restaurant and Prosper Bank. Axium has purchased another 2.7 acres from Huffines on the corner of Magnolia Blvd. and SH 380 and has started construction on a medical facility with emergency clinic.

The 20-acre tract at the corner of SH 380 and FM 1385 was sold to Fieldstreet Development for a mixed use-retail development.
