Savannah Awarded Community of the Year

Savannah, a Huffines signature community, was presented the Community of the Year award by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Homebuilders Association at the 2005 McSam Awards. In naming the Community of the Year, all aspects of the community are taken into consideration, from signage and sales center/clubhouse to model homes, streetscapes, amenities and marketing programs. Each of the judges then tours each community nominated before making their final decision. The awards are given yearly for creativity, excellence and success in Sales and Marketing.
