Phillip Huffines, Co-Owner, has extensive and diverse experience in brokerage and development of retail centers and large tracts of land.  He oversees the company’s development planning, implementation, and investments, and is well known for his undaunted enthusiasm, desire for excellence, and unwavering commitment to success.

Robert Kembel, President, has a strong background in banking, including real estate lending and working capital lines, as well as significant experience at the head of home building and land development companies.  At Huffines, he is responsible for organization development, business planning, project strategy and generally overseeing of all aspects of the company operations.
